The Beal Building Project: Take a Tour and See the Building Firsthand
Funding for a feasibility study on the Beal building is on the Special Town Meeting warrant. See this building firsthand.

SHREWSBURY, MA—On Dec. 5, there will be a Special Town Meeting to determine whether to provide $1.2 million in funding for the feasibility study phase for the Beal Early Childhood Center project, in order to move to the next step of the Massachusetts School Building Authority's (MSBA) required process. Slightly more than 50 percent of this cost would be reimbursed by the MSBA, according to an announcement sent by Joe Sawyer, superintendent of schools.
For those interested in visiting Beal to get a firsthand view of the building's conditions, two public tours are being held: Nov. 15 at 7:30 p.m. and Tuesday, Nov. 29 at 7:30 p.m.
A second cable television show regarding the Beal building project was recorded in late October and can be viewed online here.
