It's the first of its kind in Massachusetts, and we're getting pretty excited! Open to the public, Fallon Community Health Plan's Info Center is staffed with our knowledgeable health care professionals.
Located in White City Plaza in Shrewsbury, the health insurance retail center gives you a place to go when you have questions about your FCHP insurance.
You can also enroll in Medicare, Medicaid and commercial health insurance plans right there.

We're celebrating our opening all day tomorrow with lots of activities.

- Free coffee and refreshments all day
- Hourly raffles where you can enter to win "Learn to Turn" ski packages at Wachusett Mountain and gift cards to White City merchants
The events start bright and early tomorrow:
5 a.m. – 9 a.m.: Live radio show with WTAG's Jim Polito
7:30 a.m.: Ribbon cutting with FCHP President and CEO, Pat Hughes and Congressman Jim McGovern
10 a.m.: SilverSneakers® demonstration
11 a.m.: "Rethink your Drink" presentation
2 p.m.: SilverSneakers® demonstration
3 p.m.: Quit to Win smoking cessation program
Our full-service center will be open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
