So Many Wonderful Donors to the Garden Party
Highlights of exciting auction items that guests can bid on at this year's Garden Party.

Submitted By Debra Mooney – Auction Chair; Shrewsbury Garden Party
I’m sitting in my home office, surrounded by paper, boxes and an immeasurable amount of generosity. This chaotic collection of gift certificates, autographed items, gift baskets, radios, footballs and more will be transformed in just a few days into the Garden Party Auction.
I can’t say enough about the generosity of donors near and far who are giving of themselves and from their business profits to help support our . In asking for their contributions, we told them the need was very, very
real. In their response, they have shown that the kindness of others and the generosity of strangers remain very, very real as well.

While space won’t permit listing every one whose munificence (SAT word, look it up!) will make June 16 such a magical night, I would like to try to recognize and thank a few local donors:
- Jim & Marcia Smith who will be lending their Oceanfront Florida condo,
- Dave & Becky Dalke who will take two lucky couples on a sunset sail of Boston Harbor,
- who will be giving four ladies a fabulous afternoon of massage, facial, hair and makeup,
- CEO Dave L’Ecuyer will be taking a lucky winner and two friends to golf at Worcester Country Club,
- Worcester Restaurant Group who will be making someone’s summer cookout extraordinary with handcut steaks, lobsters and wines from the Chop House,
- Wheelabrator, Realtor Maribeth Boisvert, W. B. Mason and the Johnson Family who are all sharing their amazing Red Sox tickets with us
- Julie Booras of Heart & Stone Jewelry offering up custom stacked rivet rings
