Middle School Ultimate Frisbee Learning League

Join us at Oak Middle School for a season of fast-paced fun with Ultimate Frisbee!

Whether your kid has never touched a disc or already loves the game, this intramural program meets them where they are — building real skills (throwing, catching, cutting, defense) through drills and exciting small-sided games.

Ultimate is about athleticism, confidence, teamwork, and learning Spirit of the Game — the heart of Ultimate, where kids learn respectful communication, resolve conflicts fairly, and hold themselves accountable. Huge lessons in self-regulation and respect, on and off the field.

All identities, genders, and skill levels welcome! Run with love by volunteer coaches and supported by the nonprofit Boston Ultimate Disc Alliance (BUDA).
