Coronavirus: Shrewsbury Reports 52 Positive Cases

SHREWSBURY, MA β Shrewsbury reported 52 positive cases of the new coronavirus in town on Sunday. The town said public health officials are working closely with the individuals and will notify others that the individuals may have been in contact with.

A COVID-19 information line has been established for Shrewsbury Residents to use at 508-799-1019. The line provides facts and information about COVID-19, how to stop the spread, what to do if someone is experiencing symptoms and quarantine information. The line will be available in multiple languages.

Shrewsbury was one of the first towns in the state to have a CVS drive-thru testing site for the new coronavirus. The site will be expanded to service people aged 65 and older who show symptoms of the virus as well as first responders.
