Epicurean Restaurant at Assabet Re-Opening

It's opening, and that includes the all-you-can eat buffet you've missed.

Area. Are you looking for a great lunch at a terrific price? Look no further – the Epicurean Restaurant at Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School opens its doors on Thursday, Sept. 18, bringing back its renowned All-You-Can-Eat buffet for only $8.75.

This is a full service restaurant offering everything from soup to dessert, all in a lovely bistro setting nestled in a corner of the high school at 215 Fitchburg Street in Marlborough. The restaurant has its own entrance and parking lot at the rear of the school, with handicap accessible parking as well. Just follow the directional arrows around the school and watch for the restaurant sign.

This year the restaurant will be open on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.. The All -You –Can- Eat -Buffet is back every Thursday for only $8.75, which includes beverage and dessert. New this year will be a First Wednesday Breakfast Buffet, held the first Wednesday of every month from 9 until noon.

The three chefs and the students in the Culinary Arts program delight patrons with new creations all the time, tempting the palate over and over again.

The Culinary Arts/Hospitality program also offers a full service catering business that is able to satisfy all catering needs, both big and small. Yes, the school is under construction with a three year, $62.4 million renovation project underway, but the quality of education, and the quality of the restaurant, will not suffer a bit. Come check it out!
