
Join Instructor Maria Dimitros as she will combine Asana, Sun Salutations, breath work, and moving meditation throughout the practice of Vinyasa Yoga. In the style of Vinyasa Yoga, the practitioner learns to sync their movements along with their breath. The format of class will begin with some sun salutations to build heat and energy within the body, followed by a series of Asanas with Vinyasa flows to transition between postures. The practice is completed with a Savasana (a relaxation and restorative meditation Asana). The practitioner can expect to feel mental clarity and rejuvenated even after only one practice session.
