Worcester Heat Baseball Clinics for Shrewsbury Players

Worcester Heat Baseball Skills Clinic

The Worcester Heat Baseball Program, a non-profit organization, is offering defensive skills training to all Shrewsbury baseball players during the off season.

The clinics will focus on defensive skills such as:

Fielding: double plays, drop steps, flips, etc.

Throwing: knee throws, standing power position, momentum throws, etc. Footwork: opening up, crow hops, busting back, etc.

Clinics will be held in the Spring Street School Gymnasium from Jan. 8 to Jan. 29.

Clinic Times:

9 to 10 a.m. for ages 5 to 7 years

10 to 11 a.m. for ages 8 to 10 years

11 a.m. to 12 p.m. for ages 11 to 12 years

The cost is $60 per player for 4 weeks.
