Elsie Kaye Artisan Gifts & Flamework Studio

Elsie Kaye Gift Shop &amp; Artisan Studio In 2009, on a whim, Holly Kenny took a flameworking class and learned to make glass beads. This sparked a love of glass art and led to the launch her business, Elsie Kaye Gift Shop and Art Studio in downtown Westborough. Holly currently teaches flameworking and metalworking at her studio and is on the faculty at the New England Craft Program in Williamsburg, MA. Holly loves the fluidity and movement of glass and enjoys incorporating metals, enamels and other elements that can change the texture and appearance of the glass. As a result, much of her work takes on an abstract, organic feel. Her work, under the name Elsie Kaye Glassworks, can be found at more than 50 boutiques and galleries across the country. Holly is passionate about promoting emerging local artists by selling their work at her retail shop, as well as helping to foster connections with new and existing businesses in the local area. She is an active member of her community, where she has lived with her husband and two children since 2006.

Free and reduced price meals are available to students if there is financial need. <a href="https://www.lunchapp.com" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">The form is now available as an online application only for the 2014-15 school year.</a> A computer is available for public use at the School Department at the Town Hall, 100 Maple Ave., between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or at the Shrewsbury Public Library. Applications are accepted at any time during the school year for new applicants as the need arises for families. Eligibility is governed by guidelines set by the Federal Government. A written notification will be sent to all families stating the program for which they qualify.
