Pilot Killed in Plane Crash at Worcester Airport
The plane crashed on takeoff, according to the FAA.
A plane crashed on takeoff from the Worcester Regional Airport early Saturday morning, according to the FAA.
The sole occupant on board was the pilot of the Mooney M20 aircraft. According to the Massachusetts State Police, the male pilot was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have not released the pilot’s identity pending notification of next of kin.
