The public auction is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 2 p.m. at the , South Street, Shrewsbury.

The land includes three parcels totaling about 2 acres on Lake Quinsigamond. The two waterfront parcels contain two buildings in disrepair, have extensive frontage on Lake Quinsigamond and were previous operated at Tatassit Beach, according to the Zekos Group.

The terms of the auction include a deposit of $15,000, which must be paid in cash, certified or bank cashier's check at the time of sale. The property is sold as is. They make no representations, warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy of information provided and urge all bidders to rely entirely on their own inspection and investigation of the premises. Closing would be in 30 days. Other terms will be announced at the sale.
