See the latest announcement from the Town of Shrewsbury.
July 13, 2021
Beginning on July 14, 2021, contractor National Water Main Cleaning Company will begin construction improvements on the Town's sanitary sewer system. The purpose of the project is to remove infiltration and inflow (I/I) from entering the sanitary sewer system and upgrade critical infrastructure in your area. The project area is located throughout town and is anticipated to start on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, and continue through January 14, 2022, weather dependent. The regular work hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some exceptions for after hours. It is recommended to keep the lids of toilets closed while this work is taking place as the vacuum pressure created by the cleaning may cause air to escape though the traps and drains of your plumbing fixtures. Please follow the link below for more information about this project.
