3 Somerville Arrests: Theft, Disorderly Conduct

Friday, Dec. 27

• Itamar Neto, 34, of Framingham, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.

• John Elwell, 33, of Malden, was arrested at 1:26 p.m. and charged with larceny over $1,200.

Sunday, Dec. 29

• Mark Melanson, 57, of Lynn, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. on Boston warrant charges of larceny from a building and identity fraud.
