"Beefed Up" Father's Day at Foundry on Elm
Davis Square spot serves a brunch buffet and dinner special for Dads

Give Dad a break from the grill this year and head to Foundry on Elm for their “Beefed Up” Father’s Day. Executive chef Shayne Nunes has designed an early-day buffet lineup with the patriarch of the family in mind that features a slow roasted prime rib carving station in addition to baked French toast, strawberry cream cheese crepes, scrambled eggs, artisan bacon and sausage, home fries, assorted meats and cheeses, pastries and fresh fruit. If you like a little more from your eggs, there is an omelet station where creations are cooked to order. For those with a slightly smaller appetite than Dad, Foundry on Elm also offers a la carte brunch items.
During dinner service, fathers can still get their red meat fix with a Slow Roasted Prime Rib special that comes accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus with a caramelized-shallot balsamic cream.
