Boston Burger Co-Founders Opening Davis Square Restaurant
The quick-serve restaurant is inspired by the owners' Italian backgrounds.

SOMERVILLE, MA – A new quick-serve restaurants from two of the founders of Boston Burger Company will open in Davis Square next month, according to the Somerville Journal. Mortadella Head, which will serve Italian-American fare, has a grand opening date of July 17.
The menu is inspired by owners Charles Sillari and Sebastian Fricia's Italian heritage and background in home-cooked meals, according to the Journal. It will include pizza, sandwiches, salads and sides that blend Italian and American flavors.
In addition to offering meals to go, Mortadella Head will include seating inside. The address for the upcoming restaurant is 20 College Ave.
