The North Shore Alzheimer’s Partnership will be hosting the 18th Annual Caregiver Connections Conference on Saturday, November 5th, 2016. The event is titled, “Brain Health for All”, Making Early Detection Work for You.
The conference will include a continental breakfast along with free onsite respite for all registered attendees. The key note speaker is Dr. Bonnie Wong, clinical neuropsychologist at Mass General Hospital, department of Neurology. Her primary research focus is the effects of behavioral interventions such as music and medication in healthy aging and neurodegenerative disease.

We will have a panel discussion with Dr. Elizabeth Vassey of the Boston Memory Center, Dr. Jonathan Jackson, research fellow at Harvard Medical School and Lee Rachel Jurman, Lead Disability Advocate, of Personal Disability Consulting, Inc. Over 20 vendors will be present with local resources to assist you and your loved one with various care solutions.
The event is FREE for all caregivers. Professionals with CEU will be $35.00 and all others $25.00.

The North Shore Alzheimer’s Partnership (NSAP) was established in December 1996. It is a collaboration of public, private, professional and family caregivers. The goal of the partnership is to enhance the availability of community resources, education programming and advocacy for persons living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias and their families.
