Popcorn Comedy with Andrew Durso (Netflix)

Popcorn Comedy is an intimate 30-seat comedy club hidden in the "microcinema" in the basement of the Somerville Theater. We get the best local comedians and headliners from HBO, Netflix, Don't Tell Comedy, The Tonight Show, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

This month's headliner is the hilarious Andrew Durso. Known for his absurdist takes on pop culture and wildly creative material, Andrew is a rising star in the New York comedy scene. He has written for Patriot Act on Netflix and opened for Hasan Minhaj at clubs and theaters across the country. Andrew has been featured on Sirius XM, Stavy's World, Cracked Comedy Club, and the Boston Comedy Festival. We're thrilled to have him headline!

• Doors open at 7:00pm and the show starts at 7:30pm.
• Come early to watch classic cartoons on the big screen.
• Grab candy, popcorn, and fountain drinks at the theater's snack bar or bring your own!
• Outside food and drink are allowed in the microcinema (aside from alcohol).
• Beer and wine are available in the lobby.

Opened in 1914, the historic Somerville Theatre is conveniently located right next to the Davis Square T stop on the Red Line. Parking is available nearby. The microcinema is in the basement of the theater. We can't wait to get things popping at the show!
