Cinco de Mayo at Brass Union
Union Square lounge joins in on Somerville Arts Council's celebration of Mexican culture

This May 5, Brass Union will join in on the Somerville Arts Council’s ArtsUnion festivities for Cinco de Mayo in Union Square. With live mariachi music, dancing, kid-friendly activities and educational opportunities, this celebration of Mexican culture will take over the Square while restaurants serve up their best nationalistic sips and snacks.
At Brass Union, executive chef Jonathan Kopacz will be dishing out a trio of Fish Tacos with all the accompaniments ($12). For a refreshing cocktail, beverage director Paulo Pereira will shake up his twist on a traditional Paloma, with mezcal, lime, agave and housemade grapefruit soda ($10).
