Somerville Police set up the operation after receiving a citizen complaint. An undercover officer scheduled an hour-long massage with Chen for $100, police said.

Chen allegedly was sexually aggressive toward the officer during the massage, which the officer ended early. She did decline sexual intercourse for a fee, according to police.
