Eight Somerville Cases Announced in Grand Jury Indictments
The Middlesex District Attorney's Office announced its indictments from Aug. 2 to Aug. 30.

SOMERVILLE, MA – Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Monday the grand jury indictments from Aug. 2 to Aug. 30.
Included in the indictments are eight Somerville cases, as well as one Somerville resident charged in Medford.
All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Somerville:
Teddy Browar-Jarus, 32, of Cambridge, was charged with secretly videotaping a person in a state of nudity (26 counts) and willful interception of oral communication (11 counts) and attempting to commit a crime. The Assistant District Attorney is KristenNoto.
Dennis Coston, 31, of Boston, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (2 counts), possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance (2 counts), possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of ammunition without a license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is John Dawley.

Wilfredo Cruz, 47, of Boston, was charged with receiving stolen property over $250, larceny under $250 (2 counts), resisting arrest, and being a habitual criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is John Dawley.
Claudine Dyer, 32, of Woburn, was charged with larceny from a building. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
David Goggin, 50, of Somerville, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, subsequent offense, distribution of a Class A substance, subsequent offense, distribution of a Class B substance, subsequent offense, conspiracy to violate the drug law, and being a habitual criminal (4 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.
Janet Jefferson, 57, of Somerville, was charged with distribution of a Class A substance and conspiracy to violate the drug laws. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.
Joseph Flynn, 24, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of a Class A substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, and possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Maren Schrader.
Nazareth Perkins, 46, of Boston, was charged with possession of Oxycodone, larceny over $250 (2 counts), being a common and notorious thief, and being a habitual offender. The Assistant District Attorney is Tokufumi Noda.
Medford:
Eric Gullage, 42, of Somerville, was charged with distribution of Oxycodone, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
