First Time Home Buyer Workshop

for new buyers (and those who need a refresher)

So you think you're ready to purchase your first home, but don't know where to start? This workshop will demystify the home buying process including determining your budget, assessing your needs versus your wants, choosing a buyer's agent, and finding and purchasing a property. The 1.5 hour workshop, lead by our agents and a loan officer from a local bank, will begin with a 45-minute introduction, followed by a 45-minute Q&A session. Handouts and refreshments will be
provided.
