
Learn how to lose weight and take on a healthy lifestyle by attending the annual wellness event. There will be free demonstations of boot camp and Zumba, as well as face painting, games and a DJ.
Residents who participate in the challenge pledge to exercise, eat better and walk or bike to work. They'll join a team of 10 people who will compete to lose the most weight by the end of the challenge. As a reward along the way, they'll receive discounts to local businesses that promote health.
