Faneuil Hall Restaurant Bringing Veggie-Only Option To Somerville
The condiment aficionados at Saus are condensing their operation to join Bow Market.

SOMERVILLE, MA – A Faneuil Hall eatery specializing in all things condiments will open its second location in Somerville. Saus, which sells frites, sandwiches and salads topped with its signature sauces, will bring a vegetarian-only store to upcoming Union Square development Bow Market, Boston Magazine reported.
Saus owners Renee Eliah and Chin Kuo told Boston Magazine the vegetarian menu sprang from their need to condense the operation to fit inside their space at the market. Saus will open up in a 530-square-foot storefront with a 165-square-foot neighboring bay, one of the largest spaces at Bow Market, according to Boston Magazine.
The Somerville menu, which is still being finalized, will retain many of the restaurant's signature sauces and include beer and cider.
