Father's Day at The Independent

This Father’s Day, The Independent in Union Square will dish out a specially created entrée and drink designed with Dad’s most instinctual taste buds in mind.

Available in addition to The Indo’s signature brunch and dinner menus, executive chef Patrick Gilmartin will dish out a carnivore’s delight of Roast Beef with mashed potatoes and gravy, topped with a fried egg ($13). To appeal to Dad’s ego and cynicism at the same time, order up The Young Curmudgeon, a Schlitz Tall Boy and a Toronto ($9).
