FitROW At Assembly Kicks Off With Health And Wellness Day

SOMERVILLE, MA – A week after the first of five planned fitness studios opened at FitROW, Assembly Row's new fitness concept will kick off this Saturday, June 10 at Health and Wellness Day. FitROW is offering free giveaways music and fitness classes from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. between J.P. Licks and LOFT.

Classes will take place in the amphitheater and start every hour from noon to 4 p.m. Online pre-registration is sold out, but attendees are encouraged to check with individual studios during the event, as additional spots may open up. Attendees must check in at the respective fitness studio table 15-20 minutes prior to the class to sign a liability waiver. One ticket per person is allowed for each class.

Title Boxing Club, Orange Theory Fitness, Club Pilates and barre n9ne are offering classes Saturday. Family-friendly activities, including a rock climbing wall, face painting by Muse Paint Bar and air brush tattoos, will also be available. The line for activities will cut off at 3 p.m.
