Former Funeral Director Indicted for Keeping Human Remains in Storage Facility

Joseph O'Donnell, 56, of Mattapan, was indicted in a 278-page indictment on Wednesday.

A former funeral director, who allegedly stored human remains in Somerville and Weymouth storage facilities, was indicted on Wednesday.

NECN reported that Joseph O’Donnell, 56, of Mattapan, was indicted in a 278-page indictment on charges of keeping decomposed human remains.

He also faces other charges, including theft and forging records.
