The Independent Debuts Weekly "Indo Patio Party"
Union Square bar to host pairings night with featured breweries each Thursday in May
On Thursdays during the month of May, The Independent will host their "Indo Patio Party" series. Each week, The Indo will partner with different breweries to create a beer and hops-friendly food pairing reflective of the brewery’s roots or beer selection.
Served by the can, the featured beers and culinary specials will be complimented by seamless outdoor enjoyment in the heart of Union Square. Additionally, the weekly “Indo Patio Party” series will kickoff with a Cinco de Mayo-themed celebration featuring two craft breweries with south of the border suds:
