John-Paul Plouffe Joins Right at Home Boston and North

John-Paul Plouffe, Director of Operations for Right at Home Boston and North, joined the team in March 2018. John-Paul comes to our Right at Home family with over ten years in the home care industry. From a youth, he has always been drawn to the geriatric population and had a passion for serving others. Before starting with Right at Home, he was an Investment and Insurance Advisor, helping to prepare individuals for retirement.

As the Director of Operations, John-Paul oversees our three local offices these include: Salem, Haverhill and Somerville. He is responsible for the day to day operations, administrative functions, and ongoing trainings that go hand-in-hand with nurturing our amazing RightTeam and CareTeam members. In addition, he maintains a strong connection with both clients and CareTeam members as he oversees the smooth delivery of Right at Home’s quality in-home care services.

In his current role, he enjoys working with seniors and families to ensure they receive the utmost independence, respect and dignity that they can and deserve. John-Paul works dynamically to create a helpful customer service experience at every part of the service process, from the initial phone call, clinical client assessment, caregiver selection and service beginning to end. He does this by helping each employee within the company understand their vital role in the service process. He wants to make sure each person is aware of how valued they really are; so that this experience gets passed on in the form of service provided to our clients.

John-Paul is a graduate of the Johnson & Wales School of Business in Providence, RI. He has studied, adopted and applies the philosophies of Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement. Upon graduation, he earned the “Johnsonian Spirit Award” for academic excellence, the spirit of giving to others, and for exemplifying the “ideal” student, given once a year by the college.

John-Paul resides in Worcester Massachusetts where he lives with his spouse. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, walking, reading, country-western line dancing and going to the movies.
