Learn LIVE TV Studio Production at SCATV

This class is for members who want to get started producing multi-camera studio programs in the HotSet and main studio. Over four sessions you will learn basic set design, studio lighting, camera operation, audio, and floor directing. You will learn the basic operation of SCATV’s HD computer switchers to switch between cameras, add graphics, and include video roll-ins. In the fourth class you will learn the basics of Directing. After completing the class and crewing on two productions, students receive their Studio Producer Certification and are ready to reserve the main studio for their own productions. HotSet producers do not need to crew in the main studio to receive their HotSet Certification.
