Louie's Ice Cream Property For Sale In Somerville

SOMERVILLE, MA — A decades-old ice cream shop in East Somerville is on the market. According to social media posts, a sign outside Louie's Ice Cream reads "mixed use and business for sale."

The Broadway business closed for the season in September, though it is unclear whether the closure will become permanent. Louie's, which has been open nearly 40 years, is known for its laundry list of ice cream flavors, as well as floats, banana boats, frappes sundaes and slushes.

Louie's is located at 193 Broadway.
