Middlesex Grand Jury Indictments: 2 Somerville Cases Announced
The Middlesex DA's office announced indictments handed down between Dec. 5 and Jan. 30.

SOMERVILLE, MA — Two cases with ties to Somerville are among the latest round of indictments in Middlesex County. District Attorney Marian Ryan this week announced indictments handed down between Dec. 5 and Jan. 30.
One case involves a break-in in Somerville and the second involves a resident accused of conspiracy in connection with a foiled bank robbery in Tewksbury.

Somerville
Daniel Walsh, 46, of Somerville, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime (3 counts), larceny, attempted larceny, receiving in the concealment of stolen property over $1200, receiving in the concealment of stolen property under $1200 and being a common receiver of stolen goods (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Wendi Safran.
Tewksbury
Michael Moran, 41, of Somerville, was charged with conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.
