Mother's Day at The Independent

This Mother’s Day, The Independent in Union Square will dish out a series of specialty items over brunch and dinner. Available in addition to the signature menus, the trio of features are designed to treat matriarchs to lavish flavors on their special day: Smoked Salmon Niçoise Salad ($14), Specked-Wrapped Dates with almonds ($8) and Chocolate Mousse ($8).

And because every mother deserves some liquid indulgence (and sparkle), the bar team will shake up the refreshing Attributes of Rhea, made with vodka, St. Germain, strawberry-rhubarb syrup and lemon, topped with cava ($11).
