Obituary: Michael Blasi, 27, Lifelong Somerville Resident

Michael “Blasi” Blasi, 27, of Somerville, died Saturday, Nov. 22, in the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston.

Born in Cambridge, he lived in Somerville all his life.

Cherished and loving son of Angela (Cocchia) and Pasquale Blasi. Devoted brother of Sarah Blasi of Somerville, Lisa Belen and her husband William of Medford and Al Mellone of Somerville. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Saturday at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Ann Church, 399 Medford St., Somerville, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday, 4-8 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
