Oil Tanker Gets Stuck Under Bridge After Crash
A truck on Washington Street in Somerville crashed into an overpass on Monday morning.

An oil tanker traveling on Washington Street in Somerville crashed into an overpass, becoming stuck under a bridge in which MBTA commuter rail trains travel across.
The crash took place Monday morning on Washington Street near the intersection of Tufts Street.
The truck was leaking oil as a result of the collision, according to fire officials who responded to the scene.

Trains were permitted to slowly travel across the bridge while crews worked to clear the scene.
Traffic was directed around the area. No injures were reported.
