Police Booking Log: Heroin Bust, Alleged Drunk Driving

The following arrest information was supplied by the Somerville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from March 19 to March 24. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.

Assault and battery

On March 23, Christian Mingea, 41, of 11 Highland Ave., was arrested at that address and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

On March 24, David Siebel, 28, of 90 Morrison Ave., was arrested at that address and charged with assault and battery and destruction of property.

On March 24, Isidro Modesto, 48, of 25 Canal Ln., was arrested at 23 Cummings St. and charged with assault and battery.

Drug-related arrests

On March 22, Eric Stout, 35, of Everett and Crystal Clifford, 35, of 37 Jaques St., were arrested at 37 Jaques St. Stout was charged with heroin trafficking, conspiracy to violate drug law and drug violation near a school. Clifford was charged with drug possession and conspiracty to violate drug law. .

Operating under the influence

On March 24, Sonia Podymaitis, 32, of 22 Cross St., was arrested at 215 Broadway and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and marked lanes violation. It is alleged that Podymaitis was swerving on Broadway at about 3 a.m. when she was pulled over by police, who administered field sobriety tests.

Driving without a license

On March 20, Julius Sanders, 23, of Medford, was arrested at 540 Broadway and charged with driving with a suspended license.

On March 22, Rodrigo Marcolino, 27, of Medford, was arrested at 299 Broadway and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Other arrests

On March 23, Shane Tresilian, 38, of Malden, was arrested at 373 Highland Ave. and charged with violating an abuse prevention order. Tresilian was also arrested on a warrant for assault and battery.

Warrant arrests

On March 19, Ashley Barberian, 20, of 5 Hamilton Rd., was arrested on warrants for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and batery and motor vehicle larceny.

On March 20, Maximillion Landry, 39, of 6 Alston St., was arrested on a warrant for driving with a suspended license.

On March 20, Gilmar DeOliveira, 23, of 39 Summer St., was arrested at 20 River Rd. on warrants for driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.

On March 31, John Mellone, 31, of 10 Montgomery Ave., was arrested at that address on warrants for unarmed robbery.

On March 22, Murillo Rechetnicou, 26, of 38 Albion St., was arrested at 175 Fellsway on a warrant for violating an abuse prevention order.

On March 22, Jhonathan Da Silva, 23, of 17 Evergreen Ave., was arrested on Crescent St. on warrants for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage (note: the spelling of Jhonathan is how it appears in the booking log.)

On March 22, Jessica Harris, 19, of 116 Porter St., was arrested at 381 Summer St. on a warrant for assault.

On March 23, Maximino Marquez, 49, of Allston, was arrested at 25 Mystic Ave. on a warrants for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having an unsecured or uncovered load.

On March 23, Robert Mathurn, 46, of Quincy, was arrested at 97 Cross St. on warrants for operating with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer.
