Roast Beef, Bar Pizza Under One Roof At Somerville's Bow Market

SOMERVILLE, MA – Can't decide between roast beef or bar pizza? At Hot Box, you won't have to. The restaurant serving North and South Shore staples, from the duo behind Mike & Patty's, is now open at Bow Market in Union Square, Eater reported.

Hot Box was first announced last year under the name North South. The concept of representing both regions originated from the team's background: Mike & Patty's owners Mike Gurevich and his wife, Ania Zaroda, hail from the North Shore while their chef, Jesse Rosen, is from the Stoughton area.

According to Eater, the menu includes junior and super roast beef sandwiches, with the option of combining barbecue sauce, mayo and American cheese for a "three-way," and five pizzas: cheese, onion and mushroom, pepperoni, "whitey" and dill pickles with ghost pepper.

Bow Market is located at 1 Bow Market Way in Union Square.
