saks off fifth opening

Just writing this morning because I attended the opening of Saks off fifth yesterday and "what a disappointment". I was expecting better merchandise; more luxury items and instead saw more "discounty things". I also noticed that while waiting in line for over an hour, that tickets were being given out to compete in a gift card raffle. Everyone was supposed to get one ticket........oh yeah! What I saw was that the people giving out the tickets were not paying attention so that many, many people were asking and receiving multiple tickets, making it unfair to those who only received the normal one ticket. They were laughing and making fun of the ones giving out the tickets, calling them stupid. It was just so disappointing.......dont think I will be going back there again!
