Somerville PorchFest Returns For Its 6th Year

More than 200 musical acts will perform on porches all over Somerville.

SOMERVILLE, MA – Somerville PorchFest returns for its sixth year, taking the feeling of sitting on your porch and listening to your neighbor strum the guitar and multiplying it by 200. On May 13, musical acts spanning from gypsy punk to cosmic Americana, and killer blues to Afrobeat and American folk, will rock porches around the city.

More than 200 acts are slated to perform Saturday, May 13.

Acts in East Somerville will perform from 12-2 p.m. Central Somerville bands – between Central and Willow streets – will follow from 2-4 p.m. West Somerville acts will close out the festival from 4-6 p.m. This allows residents to plan their day and catch as many acts as possible.
