Tornado Confirmed in Nearby Concord
The National Weather Service said a tornado passed through Concord last night.

SOMERVILLE, MA – The National Weather Service confirmed Monday that an E1 tornado came through nearby Concord Sunday night into Monday.
The tornado, 400 miles in diameter, had a half-mile damage path with maximum winds of 100 miles per hour, the NWS said.
According to the NWS, an E1 tornado is a classification on the Enhanced Fujita Scale. E0 and E1 tornados are the weakest level of tornado the NWS classifies and contain wind speeds of 65 to 110 miles per hour.
