Somerville City Hall and other administrative offices will be closed Christmas Day and will reopen on Monday, Dec 28.

• Restaurants: Open at owner’s discretion
• Retail stores: Open at owner’s discretion
• Supermarkets: Closed
• Liquor stores: Closed
• Banks: Closed
• Gas stations: Open
• Movie theaters: Open

Trash and recycling collection schedules will also be altered for the Holiday. Pickup will be unchanged Thursday, but on Christmas Day pickup will be delayed. Friday’s pickup will take place on Saturday this week.
