Barbershop Drug Bust Nabs 4
You could get a heck of a lot more than just a haircut at this Boston barbershop, prosecutors allege.

BOSTON, MA — Nothing like hitting up your local barbershop, getting a little taken off the top, and scoring some heavy drugs. That's allegedly what was going for some at a Dorchester barber shop, according to the Suffolk Count DA's Office.
Four Boston men were arraigned Thursday on charges of trafficking fentanyl after police allegedly seized about 150 grams of the powerful narcotic fentanyl and other drug paraphernalia at an Erie Street barbershop.
Police said they had made several undercover purchases of drugs, including fentanyl, during an investigation into the alleged drug business at the barbershop. Police executed a search warrant Wednesday and arrested the four men - none of whom were giving or getting haircuts, police said. Prosecutors allege the man were packaging fentanyl for sale.

Police said they recovered approximately 150 grams of fentanyl in 46 plastic bags of various sizes from the back room. They also allegedly recovered a scale, additional plastic baggies, cards with fentanyl residue, and other items indicative of drug dealing.
