Dotting your i’s and crossing your t’s are just some of the many steps in the writing process. But, what happens after you have written the perfect essay or story? Learn the ins and outs of preparing your work for publication in a literary magazine or journal with “Getting Published in Lit Mags and eZines,” beginning on Thursday, March 24th, 2011 at the Boston Center for Adult Education.
In this two session class, instructor Matt Salesses will help students hone their work, focusing on strong openings and transition paragraphs that carry information throughout the story. Covering everything from submissions to cover letters and what editors look for in pieces, Salesses will make sure that everyone leaves with the confidence to submit their work to publications.
