The outlet considered recognition from pizza competitions, national rankings, local journalists and reader votes when making its selections.

Popular sandwich chain closing its doors in Boston

The longtime sandwich shop Potbelly Sandwich Works has closed its Downtown Crossing location at 263 Washington St. after more than 14 years in business.

Apna Bazar Farmers Market celebrated the opening of its fourth Massachusetts location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday. The business at 539-571 Boston Tpke. offered opening day gifts for the first 250 families.
