Pots of Flavor: Cooking With Herbs

There’s no better time than summer to grow and cook fresh ingredients at home! Join renowned chef Meghann Ward at the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) on Monday, June 27th, 2011 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM for “Pots of Flavor: Cooking With Herbs.” Students will learn how to incorporate delicious, fresh herbs into dishes and cocktails such as mint mojitos, cucumber salad with cilantro, grilled skirt steak with salsa verde, and more. Aside from their newfound cooking knowledge, attendees will also get to leave with seeds and pots so they can start growing their own herb garden at home.
