Social Enterprise: Through the Lens

“Social Enterprise: Through the Lens” is a photographic journey of the work, lives, and impact of Village Forward’s micro-franchisees in Nepal and India. Presented by Village Forward in collaboration with the Khaki Gallery, the exhibition is a recent glimpse into the growing social enterprise movement that is reinventing how charities and businesses address global poverty.

Village Forward’s mission is to provide safe water and economic opportunity in developing countries. We do this by empowering traditional potters to run businesses that produce water filters for underserved communities. The exhibition will feature over 50 photographs that explore the themes of water filter production, hygiene education, and daily life in rural villages.

Drink wine, enjoy hors d’oeuvres, and inspire your inner entrepreneur! Tickets can be purchased for $25 at www.villageforward.org (click on the first photo "slider" to go to our event website). All proceeds directly benefit Village Forward’s international programming.
