Photo Gallery: Venice Comes Alive in the South End

The Beehive partnered with Save Venice Boston to create a Baroque musical party and dinner Wednesday night in celebration of Carnival/Mardi Gras. Guests in colorful costumes enjoyed Italian specialties including octopus salad, scallops with Swiss chard and polenta and carnival fritters. Meanwhile,  an “All Baroque Ensemble” including the best early music players in from the Longy School of Music in Boston played high energy and thumping classical music.
