Colarusso A Fighter For All Citizens
In a Letter to the Editor, resident supports Colarusso's common sense approach to governing.

A Letter to the Editor from Kathleen Bardell:
I am writing this letter as I feel very fortunate to have Caroline Colarusso as one of the members of the Board of Selectmen in Stoneham.
Coming from a small town in the mid-west, it was very difficult for me to learn our town organization and how it works. I was very used to if we had an issue, I would go to city hall and it would be addressed.
Caroline, by holding weekly office hours and just simply making herself available, is a fighter for all citizens in our town. If she doesn't have an answer, she gets it. If she can make it right, she does. If there are reasons why she or the town can't, she is honest and tells it straight. I appreciate that above anything else.
She is not afraid to speak her mind and to speak up for those that are afraid to.
My husband and I have a very diverse household from our individual backgrounds and beliefs. However, that diversity has made all five of our children stronger in being able to communicate, be open to others opinions and views, along with the ability to "not judge a book by its cover alone".
Caroline adds that diversity to our Board of Selectmen and I believe has brought this town so many benefits in giving us all a voice. Her authenticity is evidenced in her forthrightness and common sense approach to governing. I am supporting Caroline as I know Stoneham can count on her.
