Local Voices

Does your business need a better voice?

When a customer (or potential customer) calls your business after hours or while you are on the phone, and hears your outgoing voicemail message, is the customer getting the right impression of your business? Does your message, and the sound of your voice, invite the customer in, or turn them away?

Don't underestimate the value of outgoing messages to your customers and potential customers. A warm, friendly, clear, genuine lets callers know they are dealing with a professional who cares. If your message doesn't sound welcoming, you could be losing business. If you are a business owner or professional service provider who wants to be sure your callers are getting the right message, take the time to make your outgoing message just right.

If you don't consider yourself to be the right person to be the voice of your business (perhaps your voice is not as pleasant as you'd like it to be over the phone, or perhaps you want to present a different image than what your voice represents), please email jill@goldivox.com or call 781-258-4692 to speak with Jill Goldman, GOLDIVOX Voice-Over and Narration Services.

I'll look forward to helping you deliver the right message to your customers. Thank you! - Jill Goldman
