Healthy, Wealthy and Wise Women Dinner Series

While you’ve been caring for your family, have you forgotten to take care of yourself? You are not alone. Please join Hallmark Health System’s women’s health experts for dinner and discussions focused on health topics most important to women today.

 

The series kicks off with Breast Health: The Breast News for Women, which will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 12. Uncover the latest on women’s breast health, mammography, lymphedema and more. Join us for an informative and fun evening focused on women’s health topics, presented by Hallmark Health System medical experts.

Finding the Wise Woman Inside of You: The Wise Women’s Health Club will continue the series on Thursday, Oct. 18. Join the club and learn healthy living and coping skills, how to listen to your own healthy voice and share a laugh or two.

The final session, A Wealth of Knowledge Awaits You: Cancer Talks for Women, will be held on Thursday, Nov. 15. Learn how women can reduce their risk for developing cancer and detect it early using age appropriate screenings. This session will be presented by the medical experts from the Hallmark Health System Hematology and Oncology Center and other Hallmark Health System services for women.

 

These interactive lectures are free and include a light dinner. Each event begins at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will be served promptly at 6 p.m. All sessions will be held at Montvale Plaza, 54 Montvale Ave., Stoneham.

 

Register online at www.hallmarkhealth.org by selecting “Events Calendar” and the date of the session(s) you are planning to attend or by call (800) 540-9191. Participants may attend one session or all three. The dinners are free, but registration is required. Separate registration is required for each session.
