Saskia Bergmans is Dutch, yet grew up in England. In 2000, she did a 10day Vipasana Mediation retreat in India where she experienced the power of daily meditation. Saskia teaches in the Yogaspirit healing lineage and continues to develop meditation and yoga therapy abilities under the apprenticeship of Master teacher Kim Valeri.
